Job Descriptions :
- Work closely with the team members on daily work / assigned tasks
- Daily Customer updates
- Maintain customer files for easy information retrieve
- Understand the workflow of the factory for smooth sales operation
working closely with job-related departments (eg. Shipping
department and finance department)
- To learn and follow up on the information required from a new customer
- To set up and liaise with the Business Development Manager to ensure he/ she
provides all the correct information.
- Orders are to be put into the system accordingly without delay
- Assist in resolving issues of logistics that are addressed by clients.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate possesses at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Candidates from a manufacturing background will have an added advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field.
- Applicants must be able to work in Jalan Kapar, Klang, Selangor
- Verbal and written communication skills in English are preferable.
- Able to work independently, assertively, practice, self-driven, and analytical skills.
